Courtdoku: The Jury for iPhone and iPad
App support.
Find quick answers for cases, progress, the full-game unlock and common device issues. Include your device model and iOS or iPadOS version when contacting support.
Restore the full game
- Open Courtdoku and return to the full-game screen.
- Select Restore Purchases.
- Make sure the device uses the Apple Account that originally bought the full-game unlock.
Restoring a previous purchase should not charge you again.
The store or price does not load
- Check that the device is online and can open the App Store.
- Confirm in-app purchases are permitted in Screen Time or device-management restrictions.
- Close and reopen the app, then retry the store connection.
- The product can be temporarily unavailable while App Store setup or regional approval is incomplete.
Cases and progress
- Each jury file has one supported logical arrangement. Re-read every clue if a reconstruction cannot be completed.
- Use the in-game undo or reset controls when you want to revise a case.
- Progress is stored locally. Deleting and reinstalling the app may remove it.
- When reporting an issue, include the case number and the steps that led to the problem.
Billing and refunds
Apple processes App Store payments and refund requests. Copon Media cannot view full card details or directly reverse an App Store transaction.
